摘要
采用Ginzburg-Landau方程对SINIS超导结的临界厚度的计算公式进行了理论上推导,并对有关问题进行了讨论。
The critical thickness of SINIS junction is discussed by using Ginzburg-Landau equation. The calculated formula of the critical thickness is obtained, and the others interrelated question has also been studied.
