大型沸腾炉壳体炉衬保温的设计

摘要 在160kt/a规模的大型沸腾炉设计中,壳体采用双层结构;炉墙选用粘土质耐火砖砌筑,隔热层灌填矾土珍珠岩耐热混凝土,锥形炉顶选用企口砖;双层壳体间充填轻质保温混凝土。8年来的运行表明,设计是成功的。 The design features of a large-sized fiuidized bed roaster for a 160kt/a H2SO4 plant is described. A double-shell structure was adopted in which was filled light insulating concret. Clay firebricks were laid inside the shell with alumine pearlite heat-resistant concret iraprenated as thermal insulating layer. For the construction of the cone cap, tongue-and-groove bricks were selected. Eight years of operation proved the design successful.
