金精矿浆式进料焙烧制酸试生产总结

摘要 介绍了250t/d的金精矿制硫酸装置的工艺流程、主要设备和技术经济指标。该装置采用含水30%~35%的金精矿浆在沸腾炉内进行酸化焙烧,烧渣送去湿法提炼Au、Ag、Cu等贵金属,含SO_2≥10%的烟气以湿法净化、两转两吸工艺制酸。由于采取浆式进料,省去了金精矿的干燥,减少了有价金属损失,避免了环境污染。装置投运后,转化率≥99.5%,总吸收率≥99.95%,尾气SO_2排放浓度<500ppm。 The process, equipment and technical and e-conomical indexes of a 250t/d H2SO4 plant based on gold concentrate are described. Slurry gold concentrate with 30%~ 35% H2O content is roasted in a fluidized bed roaster under acidulating cindition, resulting in a cinder for the extraction of precious metals such as Au, Ag, Cu, etc and a gas containing ≥10% SO2 for H2SO4 manufacture in a wet purification and double conversion process. The drying of gold concentrate and hence the precious metals loss and environmental pollution are avoided due to slurry feeding. The plant is operated with a conversion of ≥99. 5%, absorption efficiency of ≥ 99. 95% and < SOOppm SO2 emission.
