该计算机控制系统是一个基于集散控制思想的以仪表为后备的多微机控制系统,系国内硫酸行业首次采用非引进设备并具有综合控制、监测、管理功能的集散型多微机生产控制系统。对该系统72小时连续运行考核的结果表明,计算机控制系统硬件、软件设计合理,运行可靠,控制效果良好,指标达到或超过了设计要求。

The Titled system is a multi-microcomputers control system based on DCS principle and supported by instruments. It uses domestic equipment, instead of foreign one, to form a process control system having comprehensive control, monitoring and management function. The system was tested in a 72h of contineous running which proved its rational design of hard and soft wares, reliable operation and satisfactory control. The indexes reach or surpass design goals.
