摘要
采用模拟真实反应过程的数学模型,输入现场操作数据,对二氧化硫多段催化氧化系统的实际操作状态进行分析、评价。然后在现有换热条件的约束下,应用复合形优化方法,分别以二氧化硫转化率和产量作为优化目标,寻求各主要操作参数的最优值。可在无需额外投入的前提下,提高二氧化硫的转化率或较大幅度地提高产量。
A mathematical model is used to analyze and evaluate actual operation condition of multi-beds SO2 catalytic oxidation reactors by incorporating site data. And then a compound optimization method , being bound by existing heat exchanger and converter condition and targeting the maximum SO2 conversion or H2SO4 output, is applied to seeking optimum value of operation parameters. A plant case is cited to show the actual increase in SO2 conversion and H2SO4 output without additional expenditure.
