Switch Production of Four Sulphite In a Single Plant as Required with Roaster Gases from Sulphuric Acid Plants

叙述了以硫酸厂二氧化硫气体为原料,利用一套装置生产四种亚硫酸盐(焦亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、无水亚硫酸钠和硫代硫酸钠)的方法。着重介绍了各产品的反应步骤和工艺流程,分析了它们之间的共同特点与差异。指出以一套装置为基础,根据需要适当调整,以生产上述四种产品中的任一种,在理论上和实践上均是可行的。

A plant in which one of 4 sulphite (Na pyro-sulphite, Na bisulphite, anhydrous Na sulphite and Na thiosulphate ) can be produced optionly with SO2-containing gas from H2SO4 plants is described. The chemical reaction and processing scheme for the 4 products are discussed with the emphasis on their similarity and difference in process arrangement. It is concluded that the switch production of 4 sulphite products as required in one plant, when slightly altered, is feasible both theoretically and practically.
