The production of metal Mn from MnCO2 by electrolysis is described with respect to process indexes and equipment. The voltage applied to each cell is maintained at 4. 5 ~ 5V and the current at 3000A. A capacity of 199t Mn per month is reached with 95% of product qualification rate.
