摘要
在试验室用NH_4H_2PO_4和(NH_4)_2HPO_4组成的缓冲溶液,进行琉酸厂尾气脱硫的模拟试验,考察了吸收液中NH_4H_2PO_4浓度、NH_4H_2PO_4/(NH_4)_2HPO_4值、SO_2含量、吸收温度和液气比等因素对SO_2脱除率的影响,并进行了含SO_2富液的解吸工艺条件试验。
Laboratory experiments on SO2 absorption by buffer solution of NH4H2PO4- (NH4)2HPO4 were carried out for modelling tail gas desulphur- ization in H2SO4 plants. The effects of NH4H2PO4 concentration, ratio of NH4H2PO4 to (NH4)2HPO4 SO2 content, absorption temperature and liquid to gas ratio on SO2 removal were examined and the operation conditions for regeneration of SO2-containing rich solution were tested.
