共掺Er^(3+):Yb^(3+)磷酸盐玻璃光波导激光器的模拟

摘要 在速率方程和传输方程理论模型的基础上用有限元法和龙格-库塔(RK)算法模拟了共掺Er3+:Yb3+的磷酸盐玻璃光波导激光器功率输出特性。理论分析的结果表明用长度较短的重掺杂波导并优化激光器的输出反射镜的反射率时,可以获得较高的功率输出和斜率效率,其抽运阈值也较低。 We analyzed the output characteristics of continuous wave Er3+:Yb3+ co-doped phosphate waveguide laser by means of finite-element and RK arithmetic method The theoretical model is based on propagation equations and rate e-quations. The results show that the single-mode operation with high slope efficiency, low threshold and high output power can be achieved in waveguide laser with short and heavily doped waveguide and optimized reflectivity of output mirror.
