This paper introduces the theory and method of Quality Control (QC) application to developing QC group campaign and realizing the innovation and practice course of changing 4 link strain insulators with Kve tine work in Hefei Power Supply Company. The practice shows that planned and scientific Quality Control method is the relative ideal way that realizes the innovation of Kve line work. This accomplishment is the rank of 10th in QC accomplishment of nation - wide power industry and gets nation - wide excellent QC accomplishment award.
