旋转滑片式制冷压缩机泄漏对经济性影响的研究

The Influence of the Leakage for Rotary Vanes Refrigerating Compressor on Its Economicality

对珠海压缩机厂生产的旋转滑片式压缩机系列产品的随机性能统计结果及批量抽样试验结果进行了分析,得出了压缩机零部件形位公差及装配公差对制冷量的影响及其计算方法,从而获得了保证其经济性优良的途径。

From the results by calculating and analysizing the random performing data and doing batch sampled experiment on the different serial production of rotary vanes refrigerating compressor produced by the Zhuhai Compressor Plant, we have found the effect on the refrigerating capacity caused by the shape and position tolerance of parts and the space of moving parts. Furthermore, the way is put forward to calculate the amount of the effect and to quarantee the excellent economical quality of the compressor.
