摘要
通过汽车空调器风冷管带式冷凝器中空气参数影响试验,本文得到了空气侧空气放热系数和流动阻力的准则方程。针对SANTANA车用空调KJS0-49系统中冷凝器,进行了进口空气质量流速和温度对冷凝器性能的定量分析。最后,利用所得的准则方程对其他型号管带式冷凝器进行验证,换热器性能预测是准确的,为系统仿真研究和设计计算提供依据。
Through experimental research of air parameters effection on tube-band condenser in automobile air-conditioner, two criterion equations of heat transfer and pressure drop in air side have been developed. To the condenser used in automobile airconditioner system KJS-49 of SANTANA, quatitative analysis was carried out in the field of inlet air flow rate and its temperature effections on the performance of the condenser. Finally, testing of other types tube-band condenser has shown, that the heat exchanger performance prediction is accurate enough, and basically proved to be the foundations of simulation research and design calculation of automobile air-conditioners.
