摘要
以气缸为控制容积,采用马丁-候状态方程建立了考虑气缸换热的压缩机工作过程数学模型。然后以制冷系数的倒数为目标函数,采用改进的Swift法,对环状阀的吸、排气阀片厚度,吸、排气阀升程,吸、排气阀弹簧刚度等结构参数进行了优化设计。通过对一台4F7制冷压缩机的全性能实验,验证了理论计算的结果。
In this paper, the mathematical model of working precess in refrigerating compressor is established with Martin-Hou state equations, considering the heat transfer in cylinder. With the reciprocal of the refrigerating coefficient as object function, the fllowing parameter on suction and discharge valves of the compressor have been optimized. The experiment results verify the optimization properties of the theoretical parameters.
