摘要
介绍了自然资源可持续利用指标体系构建的非货币评价模式,并提出了指标体系构建的原则、方法及评价指标体系,最后系统介绍了利用人工神经网络构建自然资源可持续利用预警系统的原理、过程及预警系统的功能。
This paper introduces the none-currency evaluation model of estabishing the index system of the natural resources for sustainable development, and advances the principle, method and evaluation index of construction the index system. Finally, using artificial nerve-network the paper introduces the principle,procession and function of the forewarn system for sustainable development of natural resources.
