摘要
前Internet时代的企业国际化理论认为,企业的国际化道路是“有序而逐步发展”的。基于Internet的中小企业(SMEs)国际化模型则认为,以Internte为代表的信息技术的发展给中小企业开展国际化经营提供了机遇和有效的工具,使众多的中小企业具有了平等参与国际竞争的可能性,中小企业的资源、规模和市场知识等因素对企业国际化的制约作用逐渐缩小,企业的国际化过程可能发生于企业发展的任何阶段。
Theories of international business deriving from per-internet times generally see companies developing their foreign business operations orderly and gradually.But in todays world,with the rapid developing of internet information technology,the internet will reduce the competitive advantages of scale economies,making it easier for SMEs to compete fair on a world wide basis.Overall,the low cost communications provide by the internet permits firms with limited capital to become global marketers at any stage in their development.
