摘要
以汽车空调中使用的管带式蒸发器为研究对象,针对其制冷剂流道的强化结构特点,进行了蒸发过程中制冷剂—油混合物的压降预测。在测试的基础上,提出了管带式蒸发器中制冷剂—油混合物的压降关系式,并同时分析了油含量对蒸发器性能影响,为减少因蒸发温度下降引起产冷量损失提供分析依据,以利于进一步改进换热器内部强化结构。
Band-tube evaporator is widely used in automobile air-eonditioners. Considering the complexity of structural augmentation to the refrigerant-oil mixture flow path, this paper predicted pressure drop of R12-5Gs oil mixture during evaporation. Compared with test data, a pressure drop correlation was developed, and analysis of cooling capacity loss due to pressure drop was also carried out, in order to improve augmentation structure of heat exchangers.
