摘要
以信阳毛尖为研究对象 ,以水为溶剂 ,在一定的条件下提取茶多糖。提取液用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)进行沉淀 ,通过正交试验确定了CTAB沉淀法提取茶多糖的最佳工艺条件为 :离心时间 1 2min ,CTAB加入量 2 5mL ,沉淀时间 6h ,该条件下多糖得率为 1 3 4%。
Xinyang MaoJian tea is studied in the thesis. With water as solvent, the extracted solution is precipitated using CTAB as precipitant. Though orthogonal experiments,we obtained the optimal technological parameter: With the centrifugal time being 12?min, the amount of CTAB being 25?mL, the precipitation time being 6h, the extraction rate of polysaccharides could reach 1.34% in this condition.
