摘要
高校扩招后第一批毕业生正面临毕业,就业形势严峻。高职毕业生的就业问题,既是社会稳定的需要,也是关系到学校的发展。因此,高职院校的就业工作一定要开拓创新,形成特色,加强对学生的择业观念的教育和建立多种形式的培养模式,做到招得进来、培养得好、推荐得出去。
The first graduates after the increased enrollment are facing the stagnant or even grim job market. The employment of the graduates from vocational schools is not only concerned with the development of their universities,but also the need for social stability. Therefore, the employment instruction calls for creativity and variety, which may help students foster a proper attitude of choosing their careers. Recruit, producing qualified graduates and competitive candidates for employers are all the top priorities for universities.
