摘要
以大型透平压缩机组轴系为对象,提出了以连续质量的传递矩阵法求解在计及齿轮啮合刚度情况下轴系扭转振动的固有频率和振型的计算方法;并以某工业透平压缩机组轴系为例,探讨了齿轮啮合刚度对轴系扭振频率特性的影响。
This paper presents a way of calculating the torsional natural frequencies and vibration modes of large turbocompressor shafts by the transfer-matrix method with the continuous-mass shafts model and the consideration of effects of gear mesh stiffness. A case of calculation of the torsional vibration of a real turbocompressor shaft system is given and the effects of gear mesh stigfness on the properies of torsional frequencies are disseussed.
