Performance Predication of the 5-Cylinders Wobble Plate Type Compressor for Automotive Air Conditioner

通过分析汽车空调用五缸探盘压缩机的热力过程及摩擦损失,建立了利用计算机进行热力计算的数学模型,并用此模型对SD-507型摆盘压缩机在变转速条件下的性能作了预测,预测结果与在标准章热器试验台上实测的结果基本吻合。

By analyzing the thermodynamic processes and the friction losses in 5-cylinders wobble plate type compressor for automotive air conditioner, the mathematical model done thermodynamic calculation by computer for this type compressor has been developed. The performances of SD-507 compressor predicted with the model at variable speed arc in keeping with the results measured in standard calorimeter.
