摘要 提出了影响服务质量的几种关键网络性能参数的测量与计算方法,建立了MOS值与网络传输时延以及等效报文丢失率的函数关系,并利用该函数关系计算出满足一定服务质量时网络性能参数可能存在的边界值,为评估网络支持实时业务能力提供了参考。 This paper presents the measurement and computation methods for several key parameters of network performance that affect the QoS of Internet. Then it models the function of MOS(mean opinion score) with network transmission delay(NTD) and packets loss rate. With this function, it calculates the bounds of network performance parameters to achieve certain QoS. When ISPs evaluate the real-time performance of their network, they may regard these bounds as their evaluation references.
