摘要
介绍了按照电控系统V字开发模式 ,应用MATLAB/SIMULINK、StateFlow、dSPACE公司控制原型机MicroAutoBox,开发出了完整的高压共轨柴油机电控单元的核心控制算法和快速原型器 ,实现了高压共轨柴油机电子控制系统从功能设计、算法开发到快速原型验证的开发流程。发动机台架实验表明 ,快速原型控制器控制的发动机具有良好的性能。
Adhere to the standard “V” cycle developing process, together with the hardware and software tools as MathWork’s MATLAB/SIMULINK, StateFlow , dSPACE’s RCP MicroAutoBox, the main control algorithms of high pressure common rail system were designed and the rapid prototype controller was deployed. Laboratory tests verified the designed control algorithms.
