为获得稳定性和重现性好的活性染料轧染染品 ,了解和掌握活性染料三原色比移值 (Rf)非常重要。该文详细探讨了染料Rf 值与亲和力、同步上染率的关系 ;Rf 值的测试方法 ;染料分子量、反应基和溶解度对Rf值的影响 ;通过例举科华素浅、中、深三原色染料 ,分析了染色过程中染液组分因染料Rf 值不同而带来的头尾色差等问题 。

In order to improve stability and repeatabil it y of reactive pad dyeing, the rate of flow value (R f) of trichromatic reactive dyes is very important. The relationship between R f value and affinity and dy e-uptake, and testing method of R f value, as well as the influence of molecul ar weight, reactive group and solubility to R f value were all described in det ail. The trichromatic dyes in light, middle and deep shade were listed. The comp osition of dye liquor might be changed due to different R f value of dyes, and lead to color difference and its correction method were analyzed.
