纯棉灯芯绒织物采用活性染料拔染活性染料印花技术 ,花型饱满、层次丰富 ,且仿呢绒感强 ,较好地解决了底板白芯和相反色叠印过程中易产生第三色的问题。该文分析了织物前处理、染色、拔染印花和后整理工艺的设计思路及需解决的关键技术 ,并就工艺中易出现的颜色不准、错花和漏印等疵病进行了分析 。

Discharge printing with reactive dyes for co tt on corduroy was carried out. The process design and key technique of pretreatmen t, dyeing, discharge printing and finish were analyzed. The defaults such as inc orrect shade, off pattern and omissive printing were analyzed and the solutions were also presented.
