叙述了供应链构造的一般过程,阐述了层次分析法AHP的决策原理,根据制造业供应链的特点论述了AHP方法在制造业供应链设计中的应用方法,并用供应链设计中的具体决策问题分析了整个决策过程。提出能供车间使用的基于决定的供应链设计方法。方法运用层次分析法面向预定目标编程。提出了制造业供应链设计决策流程,开发了一种供应链效率评估方法。

Stated the general structuring process of supply chain, elaborated analytical hierarchy process?policy-making principle, got an method of AHP application to manufacturing supply chain designing according to manufacturing industries?characteristic, and analyzed the entire decision-making process with a concrete decision-making problem in supply chain designing. Proposed a supply chain designing method based on decision which can be used by factory manager. This method programs faced on predetermined target using analytical hierarchy process. Developed a supply chain efficiency appraisal method.
