摘要
利用ANSYS软件对卷取机卷筒的扇形板的强度进行了分析计算,得出了扇形板的应力分布和各节点处的位移,找出了扇形板的薄弱环节,并在有限元分析的基础上进行优化设计,使得优化后的卷筒扇形板在刚度和强度上都有很大提高,从而有针对性地解决了工程实际问题。
By means of ANSYS software ,segment strength of coiler mandrel is analyzed in this paper. As a result, stress distribution at segment and position displacement at each joint are clear, weak points of the segment have been found then measures to improve stress distribution at the segment are put forward.
