基于Pro/ToolKit三维模型直接切片软件的开发

Development of direct slice software on three-dementional models using protoolkit

针对金属材料的三维焊接快速成形工艺,提出了一种新颖的直接切片软件的开发方法,即在Pro/E软件的基础上,利用二次开发工具Pro/ToolKit在VC中开发一个动态链接库,运行于Pro/E的集成开发环境中,实现了三维模型的直接切片。同时自行开发了一个开放的中间接口,用多级链表的数据结构来存储每一层轮廓数据,便于用户对这些数据作进一步的开发,实现了数据的通用化。

A novel direct slice method is proposed in the application of 3D-welding Rapid Prototyping Manufacting field. A dynamic linked brary is developed using ProToolkit in order to realize direct slice on three-dimensional model in the integration development environment of Pro/E.Moreover,an open interface is specially developed as well as slice data can be independent of Pro/E,accordingly,a multi-layer table data structure is devised to store details of the slices countours.
