摘要
给出了一个中小型轧钢厂的推钢式加热炉的生产过程的实时监控系统的设计方案。此系统能够对加热炉各段的温度、压力、给煤气和空气的流量、汽化冷却装置的汽包水位和压力等物理量进行自动控制。
The design strategy of a real time supervisory system of production process of pusher-type steel oven suitable for medium and small sized steel rolling plants is presented. The temperature and pressure in each section, gas feeding and air flow rate, drum water level and pressure of gasified cooling device can be automatically controlled and displayed by the system, also the limit alarms are offered.
