摘要
以小麦粉和玉米粉为主要原料,加入枸杞和绞股蓝制得的浸提液及蜂蜜等辅料,研制成枸杞绞股蓝保健玉米面包,并通过实验确定其最佳配方和最优工艺条件。这种面包可被作为一种保健食品,在国内有着广阔的市场。
Using wheat flour and corn flour as raw materials, mixing them with juice made from Lycium Chinensa and Gynostemma pentaphyllum, honey and the health bread was produced. Through experiments the product ingredients and technology condition were determined. It is suggested that this kind bread be used as the commercial healthy food that would be accepted by the customers in our country.
