摘要
主要采用微波法和酶法预处理平菇中的水溶性多糖,结果发现,酶法较微波法预处理效果显著,最佳预处理参数为:纤维素酶的用量为0.02%、木瓜蛋白酶用量为0.02%、料液比为1∶30、处理温度30℃、提取液pH7.0、处理时间3h,此时水溶性多糖的提取率最高达到15.7%。
In this paper, the water soluble polysaccharide of Pleurotus ostreatus was extracted by microwave and enzyme. the result was as the following, the extracting effect of enzyme was better than microwave. The optimal extracting parameters were: the cellulose 0.02%, the ratio of Pleurotus ostreatus to water was 1∶30, papain 0.02%, extracting temperature 30℃, pH7.0, time 3h, and at the condition the extracting rate of water soluble polysaccharides was 15.7%.
