摘要
以月桂酸钠和环氧氯丙烷为起始原料,在相转移催化剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作用下,经过两步反应,合成了二月桂酸甘油酯。条件试验结果表明:月桂酸钠与环氧氯丙烷的摩尔比为1∶2、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵用量为月桂酸钠的0.5%、反应温度110℃、反应时间2h,缩水月桂酸甘油酯的产率可达86%;缩水月桂酸甘油酯与月桂酸的摩尔比约为1∶2、反应温度110℃、反应时间1.5h,最高产率为63%。
Glyceryl dilaurate was synthesized through two steps reaction by sodium Laurate and epichlorohydrin with the help of phase translational catalyst cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide. The optimal experimental conditions were: molar ratio of sodium laurate and epichlorohydrin 1∶2,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide 0.5%,reaction temperature 110℃,reaction time 2h,the yield of glycidyl laurate 86%;Molar ratio of glycidyl laurate and lauric acid 1∶2, reaction temperature 110℃, reaction time 1.5h, the highest yield of glyceryl dilaurate 63%.
