摘要
对多种食品应用复合气调包装机分别进行气调和普通包装,每天测定其相应指标,并进行统计分析。结果表明与普通包装相比气调包装具有显著的保鲜效果。
Collected several kinds of food, packed them by modified atmosphere packaging and common packaging respectively, measured several index each day, and contrast them. Modified atmosphere packaging has a remarkable effect on keeping fresh.
