摘要
为掌握乡村集贸市场食品商贩的卫生现状,做好卫生监督管理工作,对16处乡村集贸市场的268个食品商贩进行了卫生学调查,并随机抽取208份食品样品进行卫生检验。调查结果表明食品商贩的卫生知识贫乏,采购食品把关不严,索证率低,散装食品的合格率仅4924%,超过保质期或变质的定型包装食品占2094%,存在食品卫生安全隐患。卫生、工商管理等部门应加强对食品商贩的卫生法制宣传教育工作,强化监督管理的力度,规范其经营行为,使其合法经营。建议政府有关部门在农村开展对农民的健康教育工作,提高农民的卫生知识水平和自我保护意识。试行信誉卡制度,保护消费者的合法权益。
In order to realize the hygienic situation of the foods on the rural market and do the work of food supervision well, a hygienic investigation has been carried out to 268 food retailers in 16 village fair and 208 food samples were randomly collected and examined. The investigation showed that there were a lot of potential hazards in the food safety of the rural market. The food retailers in the rural market usually have poor knowledge about food safety. They dont care about whether the goods they buy wholesale are quality certified or not. Only 49 24% of the unpacked foods on shelf were quality certified.About 21% of the packed foods on shelf were out of the period of quality assurance or deteriorated. It was proposed that the government departments responsible for public healyh and for the management of food production and trade strengthen their inspection and supervision and provide education on food safety for the peddlers and residents in the rural areas. The system of prestige card should also be used in the rural market to protect the right and interest of food consumers.
