新疆人力资源可持续发展的实证分析

The Demonstration Research of the Sustainable Development of Human Resources in Xinjiang

本文在阐述人力资源开发和经济可持续发展的作用机制基础上,对新疆人力资源开发与经济可持续发展问题进行实证研究。在研究中,重点考察了人力资源的供求状况、人力资源投资与收益以及人力资本积累状况。针对新疆面临的人口数量增长过快、人力资本投入不足等问题进行剖析,提出相应的对策和建议。

This paper is a demonstration research on the exploration of human resources in and sustainable economic development of Xinjiang, based on the elucidation of functional mechanism of the exploration of human resources and sustainable economic development. The research investigates mainly the situation of supply and demand, investment, income and accumulation of human resources. Problems, such as the rapid increase of population, insufficient investment of capital, are detailedly analyzed and relative countermeasures and suggestions are offered.
