摘要
在分析环形锻件马杠扩孔变形的基础上,设定了运动学允许的位移增量场,计算了扩孔变形中的塑性功增量、摩擦功增量和弹性功增量,利用能量方法计算了扩展宽量。分析研究了环形锻件几何尺寸、马杠直径和摩擦条件对扩孔展宽量的影响,理论计算与实验结果基本一致。
On the basis of analyzing deformation of the circular forging expand, the permissible kinematically velocity field is sup- posed, the increment of plastic deformation work, the increment of friction work and elastic work is calculated, the spreading volume of expand process is calculated by energy method, the influence of circular forgings dimension, saddlediameter and friction condition upon expand are investigated. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
