Synthesis and characterization of CoAPO-11 molecular sieves

摘要 合成了钴取代磷铝酸盐分子筛CoAPO 11。考察了晶化温度和钴铝比等对CoAPO 11的合成及其性能的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微照片(SEM)、热重 差示热分析(TG DTA)和测定BET比表面积法测定等对合成样品进行表征。结果表明,在一定的钴铝比范围内,能合成出结晶度和纯度较高的CoAPO 11分子筛;CoAPO 11分子筛的表观形貌为长条晶片的团状聚集体;CoAPO 11分子筛具有较好的热稳定性。 Cobalt-substituted CoAPO-11 molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal methods. The effects of Co/Al molar ratio and crystallization temperature on the synthesis and properties of CoAPO-11 were discussed. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA) and N_2-adsorption. The results showed that CoAPO-11 molecular sieves with higher crystallinity and purity could be synthesized under a certain Co/Al molar ratio; surface of the molecular sieves showed an agglomeration of bar-shaped crystals; the molecular sieves exhibited high thermal stability.
