摘要
把模糊数学综合评价方法应用在高校辅导员工作业绩考核中,建立以领导、同事、学生为评价主体的指导体系,提出评价模型,并进行实证分析。
The application of fussy eveluation for checking the instructor's working outstanding achievement of higher education is of great practical significance in administrtion of the instructor of higher education. This paper makes the target system which is built by the leaders, the colleagues and the students as the main body of the evaluation system. In addition, it makes an analysis of the evaluation model and illustrates with examples.
