摘要
在实验室用化学试剂制备了符合国家标准(GB14591 93)、全铁含量12.6%、盐基度12.6%的絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁,用复合法由聚合硫酸铁与硅酸钠聚合合成了高铁含量的聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS),得到了优化反应条件如下:硅铁摩尔比1∶20,聚合温度40℃,聚合时间1h。用5g/L的硅藻土水分散液上层清液测定除浊率,所得PFSS的最佳加量为40μL/L,适用于pH值在6~12范围的污水,在相同条件下除浊效果优于原始聚合硫酸铁和硫酸铁。基于PFSS的絮凝机理对各个影响因素进行了分析讨论。图6表1参13。
A polyferric sulfate (PFS) qualified as flocculant according to the state standard GB 14591-1993 with total ferroferric content 12.6% and basicity 12.6% is prepared from appropriate chemical reagents in laboratory and from this PFS and sodium silicate a polyferric silicate sulfate (PFSS) of hig ferric content is prepared by composite method with following optimal reaction conditions: molar ratio of Si to Fe 1∶20; polymerization temperature 40℃; and polymerization time 1 h. On the basis of the data of turbidity removal determined in precipitated 5 g/L aqueous dispersion of diatomaceous earth, the proper dosage of this PFSS is established as 40 μL/L, this PFSS can be used in treating wastewaters of pH value ranged 6.0—12.0 and is more effective for turbidity removal than the precursor PFS and Fe_2(SO_4)_3. The influencing factors above mentioned for this PFSS are analyzed in terms of flocculating mechanisms involved.
