摘要
以中药滴丸制剂过程数字化改造为背景,介绍了滴丸制剂过程监控系统的设计与实现。系统采用PLC与工控机组网的方式构建DCS实现对制剂过程的监测控制,并在DCS的基础上构建基于B/S模式的远程访问平台,以实现制剂过程的远程监测。
Introduces the design and realization of Chinese materia medica pilule manufacturing process monitor and control system. PLC and IPC are selected for constructing distributed monitor and control system. Then the remote monitor of the Pilule Manufacturing Process is realized by browser/server structure on the basis of the monitor and control system. And the realization method of the monitor and control system is proposed.
