摘要
在一种双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂中添加微量的催化剂,改进了异型车门内饰件复贴过程中胶粘剂固化速度慢、凹处织物弹起的问题,提高了生产率,效果良好。研究了催化剂对粘接工艺性能及粘接强度的影响。
By adding of catalyst into the two component polyurethane adhesive system in minute quantities, the curing performance of the adhesive for the special shaped door laminations and therefore productivity was obviously improved. The effects of catalysts on the bonding processing property and bonding strength of polyurethane adhesive were studied in this article.
