摘要
从野外采集的野生标本中,分离得到2个腹菌菌种。用液体发酵得到的干菌丝体和栽培的子实体进行蒸馏,得到抑菌活性物质。用抑菌活性物质进行抑菌实验,供试菌株为从变质肉汤中分离到的四种腐败菌。结果显示蒸馏提取物可以抑制各种腐败菌的生长,其中FBJ_2对抑菌物质最为敏感,FBJ_1和FBJ_3次之,FBJ_4稍差。
Two strains were isolated from samples, and antiseptic were attained by distilling the mycelia and the fruity-bodies. Four septic germs were isolated from rotten meat liquid,and they were utilized to do restrain test, the result displayed the distilling extractive all could restrain septic germ to grow,and FBJ_2 was the most sensitive,FBJ_1 and FBJ_3 were the second sensitive,the FBJ_4 was the last.
