摘要
本文对我国政府信息资源管理中的权利主体行为和权利客体行为的现行法律规范进行了分析 ,指出我国政府信息资源管理者的职责与存在的问题 。
This essay analyzes the present legal criterion of the principal part and objective part of right in the management of government information resources in China,points out the obligations and problems of government information resources managers and constructs a legislation system of government information resources in China.
