根据对近年修建的铁路与公路隧道渗漏水情况的调研 ,通过对有关防排水标准与防排水设计的对比 ,分析铁路隧道渗漏水的主要原因 ,提出提高设计标准 ,加强施工质量管理 ,杜绝铁路隧道渗漏水的建议。

According to the study on tunnel leakage of recentl built railways and highways, and the comparison between waterproof standards and waterproof designs, an analysis was made of causes for the leakage, and prop osals were given on how to raise design standard, enhance construction quality c ontrol and exterminate leakage of railway tunnels.
