摘要
从各个角度对高校的双证制度进行了思考。既肯定了双证中人才学历教育和技能教育并重的优点,也评述了双证制度在实施过程中出现的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。
The article gives a ponder over the double certification system in colleges and universities from different angles, affirming the practice of laying equal stress on both academic education and technical education, and comments on some problems emerged in the application of this system and proposes .some relevant resolutions to them.
