摘要
以聚醚多元醇、二异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟丙酯为原料,合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚体,并以此为基料,通过添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂、增塑剂、偶联剂等制成光固化胶粘剂。实验结果表明:当活性稀释剂用量为20%-25%、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为10%-15%、硅烷偶联剂为3%-5%,以及预聚体制备的n(NCO)/n((OH)为0.95:1时,胶粘剂的剪切强度达到15MPa,透射率为98%。该胶粘剂可用于夹层安全玻璃、防弹玻璃、液晶显示器、汽车挡风玻璃、居室安全装饰玻璃的制造。
In this paper, polyurethane acrylate prepolymer based on polyether glycol, diisocyanate and hydroxypropanol acrylate was prepared. By adding photoinitiator, activatory diluent, plastieizer and coupling agent to the prepolymer, curable adhesive was synthesized. The experimental results showed that when the amounts of activatory diluent, polyurethane acrylate, silicane coupling agent and plastieizer reached 30%-40% ,10%-15% ,3%-5% and'10%-15% respectively,and the ratio of -NCO to -OH was 0. 95,the shear strength of the adhesive was able to reach 15MPa,and the transmissivity was 98%.
