循环气过滤器与丙稀+PP材料滤袋性能比较

摘要 年产十万吨PP装置的F301循环气过滤器是压缩机进气保护和粉尘物料回收的关键装置。由于PP装置系统活化剂遇空气可自行燃烧,导致F301循环气过滤器在每次更换滤袋时丙稀+PP过滤材料随之燃烧,危害很大。F301循环气过滤器在更换过滤材料后,完全杜绝了自燃的可能性,且大大降低了使用成本。 The F301 circular gas filters in the 100 thousand-tons/year PP equipments are the key machines of the compressors for protecting the inlet gas and recycling powders.As the activating agent of the PP equipment can blaze up by itself when it meets air,leading to the combustion of propylene & PP filter materials when changing the filter bags every time. After changing the filter materials of the F301 recycling filter with sintered metal fiber filter media, the self-burning could be completely prevented,and from which the operation cost would be reduced significantly.
