摘要
应用磷钨杂多酸催化剂对催化合成双酚AP进行了研究 .结果表明 :主催化剂的用量、助催化剂的用量、酚酮摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等是影响产品收率主要因素 ;使用磷钨杂多酸催化剂 ,双酚AP的单程收率可达 5 4.5 % .制备双酚AP的最佳工艺条件为 :酚酮摩尔比 5∶1,反应温度 12 0℃ ,主催化剂用量 6 % ,助催化剂用量 0 .15mL ,反应时间 4h .
Biphenol AP is synthesized using phosphato—tungstic heteropoly acid as major catalyst. The main factors of influencing the synthesis reaction are analyzed, and the best technological parameters of the synthesis reaction are obtained by orthogonal experiments: the molar ratio of phenol to acetophenone is 5:1, reaction temperature is 120 ℃, the mass fractions of major catalyst is 6%, the dosage of auxiliary catalyst is 0.15 mL, reaction time is 4 h. The yield rate of bisphenol AP is 54.5%.
