摘要
以某石油公司的1.2 Mt/a加氢裂化装置的设计基础数据为例,通过流程模拟计算,对反应部分换热和分馏部分几种不同的工艺流程方案进行计算比较,优选出能耗低,一次投资省,操作成本低的加氢裂化工艺流程,即炉前混氢,分馏部分采用脱硫化氢汽提加产品分馏出柴油,通过吸收稳定回收液化石油气的工艺流程。
Different process schemes of reaction heat exchanging and fractionation section have been compared through process simulating calculation based on the design data of a 24 000 b/d hydrocracking unit. An optimal hy-drocracking process with low energy consumption, low investment and operation cost is commended, i.e. the feedstock and hydrogen are mixed before they entered into heater, adopting hydrogen sulfide stripper and fractionator to produce diesel in fractionation section, and recovering LPG with absorber and stabilizer.
