摘要
济南分公司0.8 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置应用洛阳石油化工工程公司工程研究院的专利技术,将原反应沉降器汽提段改造成Ⅱ型催化裂化高效汽提器。工业应用结果表明:在汽提蒸汽量下降12%的条件下,焦炭的氢质量分数同比降低了18.3%;再生器烧焦率同比下降了0.5%,每年可少烧焦4 000t,获得了较好的经济效益。
The original settling stripper in 16 000 b/d RFCC unit of Jinan Company has been replaced with high effect FCC stripper (Ⅱ type) developed by Research Institute of Petrochemical Engineering Technology / LPEC. Commercial application shows that the hydrogen content in coke has been decreased by 18.3% and the coke burning ratio of regenerator decreased by 0.5% under the condition of stripping steam was reduced by 12%. Coke burning has reduced 4 000 t/yr and good economic benefits have obtained.
