摘要
针对目前纺纱机传统下胶圈张力辊在生产中存在的弊端而设计生产了新型轴承式下胶圈张力辊 (专利号 :ZL 0 0 2 5 7876 .X ,ZL 0 12 0 116 0 .6 )。通过生产应用 ,有效地解决了胶圈的内层磨损起槽和胶圈的同步性问题 ,对减少纺织企业的锭差和台差以及吨纱用电消耗 ,降低纺织企业生产成本 ,稳定成纱质量提供了重要条件 ,同时采用综合效益分析 ,进行了可行性研究 。
A new lower bearing tension rollers(patented as ZL00257876.X,ZL01201160.6) are introduced regarding the disadvantage of the conventional tension rollers in service.The new tension roller solves the problem of slot forming due to wearing and the timing problem.It is important to reduce the spindle difference and position difference and the power consumption in every 10 kilogram as well as production cost.It is also important for the stabilization of yarn quality.The paper applies the all-in-one profit analysis for the feasibility only for the generalization and promotion of the product.
